Signal is a private, local-first habit-interruption app. It provides a 10-minute urge intervention system, check-ins, pattern mapping, and identity reinforcement tools. All data is stored locally on your device. Signal does not use accounts, servers, or cloud storage.

Signal and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ab3011s-organization. The App is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Signal is not a medical device, therapeutic tool, or clinical intervention. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Signal does not replace professional help. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab3011s-organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ab3011s-organization from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ab3011s-organization, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ab3011s-organization regarding your use of Signal.
