• Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes.

Privacy note

Signal is local-first. We cannot see your check-ins, SOS sessions, slip reviews, or exported data unless you choose to share them. Do not send sensitive personal notes unless you intentionally want support to review them.

Crisis note

Signal is not a crisis service, therapy, or medical care. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.
